Primary skill must have
- 3+ years of experience in SRE, Observability tools, and automation
- Have experience in transforming traditional IT Ops into SRE ops with deep understanding of SLI/SLOs/Toil/error budget etc.
- Experienced in Automating, and improving the reliability, performance, and availability of IT Infrastructure and network
- Create scalable and resilient/ reliable IT Infrastructure and network to minimize downtime/ incidents and ensuring the availability of critical applications and services
- Use automation tools such as Ansible to automate IT infrastructure tasks, such as system management and application monitoring and auto heal incidents.
Secondary skill
- Coding experience /automation using Ansible or other automation tools
- Experience working with US based clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Technology-Experienced in atleast one of IT Infrastructure technologies such as Windows, Linux/Unix, VMware, Network Routing Switching, Backup / storage technologies, Cloud /Container technologies, Database/App support.
