SRE Production support Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 production support for business critical applications
• Monitor application and infrastructure health using SRE monitoring tools
• Analyze and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs
• Perform root cause analysis RCA and implement preventive measures
• Troubleshoot application server and database related issues
• Use SQL queries for data validation troubleshooting and issue analysis
• Work closely with development infrastructure and database teams to resolve production issues
• Participate in deployment release and change management activities
• Monitor system performance availability and reliability metrics
• Create and maintain support documentation runbooks and SOPs
• Support on call rotations and major incident management processes
• Identify automation opportunities to improve operational efficiency
