Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Educational Qualification
- 810 years of experience in SRE, Application Support, Infrastructure Support or similar support roles, with 3+ years in a team lead / management capacity.
- Experiencing driving the training and development of engineers
- Managing multi-discipline teams
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure is a must
- Az-900 and Az-104 certifications are required
- Proficiency in scripting languages including PowerShell, ARM, YAML, Terraform, kubernetes
- Deep understanding, with proven experiencing of managing the following Azure administration tasks: RBAC, PIM, Entra ID, Policies, Cloud Networks, Firewalls and DNS.
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Git), observability platforms (Azure Monitor, ServiceNow), and container platforms (RedHat OpenShift).
- Familiarity with cloud governance, cost optimization, and compliance frameworks.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, design solutions, mentor engineers, and influence projects.
- Experience in setting up, configuring and maintaining monitoring tooling for cloud platforms.
- Proven experience in building relationships and communicating effectively with team members and other colleagues across both technical and non-technical parts of a business.
- Experience in responding, coordinating and driving major incidents independently, both in and out of core business hours.

Educational Qualification:
- Graduate/Masters in any discipline
- Min 8+ years of experience in SRE
- Cloud certifications would be an added advantage
