Job Title: Sr. Workday integration specialist

Required Experience (Years): 6 to 10

Shift Timings: 7 PM IST to 4 AM IST

Workplace Type: Work from Home.

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Workday Integration to lead and manage enterprise integrations across Workday HCM and Finance systems. The role will be responsible for designing, developing, supporting, and optimizing integrations between Workday and third-party platforms including banking systems, payment gateways, CRM platforms such as HubSpot, middleware/iPaaS solutions, payroll providers, and other enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Workday integration technologies, enterprise architecture, APIs, middleware platforms, and finance-related integrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable integration solutions for Workday HCM and Finance modules.
• Manage integrations between Workday and:
• Banking platforms
• Payment systems
• CRM platforms including HubSpot
• Payroll providers
• ERP and third-party enterprise systems
• Develop and maintain integrations using:
• Workday Studio
• EIB
• Core Connectors
• REST/SOAP APIs
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors.
• Lead integration architecture discussions and define best practices.
• Ensure data security, compliance, governance, and audit readiness.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration failures and performance issues.
• Support release management, testing, deployment, and production support.
• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and operational runbooks.
• Drive automation and process optimization initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of Workday integration experience
• Strong expertise in:
• Workday HCM
• Workday Finance
• Workday Studio
• EIB
• Workday APIs (REST/SOAP)
• Experience with middleware/iPaaS platforms such as:
• Boomi
• MuleSoft
• Workato
• Celigo
• Experience integrating banking/payment systems
• Strong API and data transformation skills
• Experience with SFTP, XML, JSON, XSLT
• Knowledge of authentication/security protocols:
• OAuth
• SAML
• API security standards
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Workday Integration Certification
• Experience with payroll integrations
• Experience in enterprise finance operations
• Exposure to treasury/payment processing systems
• Experience in SaaS enterprise architecture
• Knowledge of monitoring tools and integration governance
• Agile/Scrum experience
