Position : Sr. Workday HCM Functional Consultant

Experience : 8 years +

Location : Pan India

Immediate to 30 Days Notice Period candidates preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support Workday HCM implementations, enhancements, and post-production support across Core HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, and Performance modules.
Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into scalable Workday solutions and best-practice configurations.
Configure and maintain Workday Business Processes, Security, and Reporting to meet client requirements.
Serve as a trusted advisor and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday HCM functional areas.
Conduct client workshops, solution design sessions, and requirement discovery meetings.
Manage and resolve complex support tickets, production issues, and enhancement requests.
Drive end-to-end deployment activities, including configuration, testing, UAT support, and go-live assistance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Workday solutions and integrations.
Provide release management support by assessing new Workday features and recommending adoption strategies.
Mentor junior consultants and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic guidance.
Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.
Support roadmap planning and recommend process improvements to optimize HR operations.
Act as the escalation point for complex functional issues and provide effective resolution strategies.
