Role & responsibilities:

• Manage and support the Workday HCM platform, including Core HCM, Reporting, and Prism Analytics.
• Configure Workday business processes, security settings, validations, and organizational structures.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to implement system improvements and support HR operations.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, calculated fields, and analytics solutions.
• Ensure data accuracy, compliance, reporting governance, and system efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data flows, and analytics requirements.
• Support Workday releases, testing activities, issue resolution, and continuous improvements.
• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation for Workday solutions.

Candidate requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in the Workday ecosystem, including 4+ years in Workday HCM configuration and support.
• Strong expertise in Workday HCM, business processes, security, organizational setup, and employee data management.
• Hands-on experience in Workday Reporting, Dashboards, Calculated Fields, and Prism Analytics.
• Strong understanding of HCM data structures, business objects, security concepts, and reporting solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Workday Pro Certification and experience in additional HCM modules will be an added advantage.

Selection Process:

Two Technical interviews and one HR interview
