Key Responsibilities
- Develop custom themes, plugins, and templates as per the approved designs
- Convert PSD/Figma layouts into responsive WordPress websites
- Integrate third-party services like CRMs, payment gateways, or APIs
- Optimize page load speeds, SEO tags, and responsiveness
- Document reusable components and coding logic
- Fix bugs, respond to QA issues, and support delivery head-on revisions
KPIs
- Time taken per page/module delivery
- % of bugs identified during QA
- Number of client change requests post-delivery
- Website speed score (Lighthouse or GTmetrix)
