We're Hiring | Sr. Warehouse Operations Manager
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Manager to lead end-to-end warehouse operations, drive efficiency, and manage high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Manage inbound and outbound logistics with timely and accurate processing
- Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct regular audits
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
Team & Schedule Management
- Supervise warehouse staff and assign daily operational tasks
- Plan and manage work schedules to maximize productivity
- Train team members on safety standards and operational SOPs
Process Improvement
- Implement and monitor 5S practices for continuous improvement
- Establish and track KPI-driven performance metrics
- Identify and execute cost-saving and efficiency-enhancing initiatives
Reporting & Collaboration
- Share daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Collaborate with logistics teams to streamline supply chain operations
- Resolve operational issues promptly and effectively
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
- Strong understanding of inventory control and ERP/WMS systems
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset with process improvement experience
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing large-scale warehouse operations
- Demonstrated success in achieving KPI-based performance goals
