Job Summary:

We are seeking a Sr. Videographer & Animator to manage end-to-end video production and motion design, from concept to final delivery. The role involves shooting, editing, and creating high-quality animations and motion graphics for digital and corporate platforms while ensuring brand consistency. The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver compelling visual content. Strong creative skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality video content for various projects
• Plan and set up video shoots, including lighting and audio equipment
• Manage video archives and organize footage

Design and animate motion graphics and videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms. Create engaging graphics, animated visual effects, 2D/3D elements, and motion graphics.

Edit and enhance video content, including promotional videos, advertisements, social media reels, and corporate films. Assemble raw footage and apply cuts, transitions, and visual effects for a polished final output. Perform colour correction, colour grading, and audio synchronisation to maintain high production quality.

Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and present design concepts effectively.

Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the overall creative process. Develop storyboards and style frames to visualise concepts before production.

Ensure brand consistency in all animations and motion graphics.

• Handle live streaming for events

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines.

Stay updated with the latest trends in motion design, animation, and digital content creation.

Optimize motion graphics for various formats and platforms (social media, web, advertisements, etc.)

Share feedback, insights and recommendations with the team to enhance overall design quality.

Handle live streaming for events

Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Videographer, Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor (3 to 5 years), with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.

Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment

Familiarity with industry-standard design software and AI tools.
