About The Position
Execute post-production editing across multiple content formats, including reels, short-form highlights, long-form cutdowns, and multi-platform deliverables. The role supports the senior editor in maintaining a fast, efficient editing pipeline that drives digital growth
Responsibilities
Editing & Content Creation
- Edit short-form clips, reels, trailers, promos, and highlight videos.
- Create engaging vertical and horizontal edits optimized for YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Prepare final exports in various aspect ratios, codecs, captions, and platform-specific requirements.
Post-production Support
- Assist senior editor with syncing footage, transcript cleanup, sorting selects, binning, and rough timelines.
- Maintain media hygiene organize project files, timelines, assets, LUTs, and SFX packs.
- Follow brand-level visual standards and maintain consistency across all edits.
Quality & Timeline Delivery
- Deliver edits within expected timelines and with minimal revision loops.
- Ensure technical accuracy in exports, including sound, transitions, color-adjustments, and metadata.
Success Indicators
- High-throughput short-form and promo pipeline that supports platform growth.
- On-time delivery with minimal back-and-forth.
- Consistent visual output aligned with branding and storytelling guidelines.
Mandatory Qualification And Experience
- 24 years of professional video editing experience.
- Strong command of Adobe Premiere Pro (mandatory); familiarity with DaVinci Resolve / After Effects is a plus.
- Understanding of pacing, rhythm, cutdowns, and social-first editing styles.
- Ability to handle multi-format delivery (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
- Knowledge of basic audio clean-up, color tweaks, frame adjustments, and export workflows.
- Strong sense of quick turnaround for digital content.
