Role Overview
We're looking for an all-rounder across editing, motion design, and video production. This role sits at the intersection of creative storytelling and performance marketing, helping produce high-impact video ads and social content for our fast-growing D2C brand. Will work closely with the creative, growth, and content teams to conceptualize, shoot, edit, and deliver engaging video assets across platforms
Key Responsibilities
Video Editing & Motion Design
- Edit high-performing video ads, reels, and social media content for platforms like Instagram, YouTube, Meta Ads, and other digital channels
- Create motion graphics, titles, product explainers, and animated assets
- Craft platform-optimized edits with strong hooks, pacing, and storytelling
- Design ad variations and performance iterations based on marketing insights
Production & Shooting
- Shoot video content including product videos, lifestyle shoots, interviews, and social media content
- Manage basic lighting, framing, and sound setup
- Assist in concept development, shot planning, and storyboarding
- Coordinate with talent, creators, and internal teams during shoots
Creative Collaboration
- Work closely with performance marketing and social teams to develop scroll-stopping video concepts
- Translate campaign briefs into engaging video creatives
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity
AI-Assisted Content Creation
- Use AI tools for video editing, motion design, voiceovers, upscaling, and automation
- Experiment with AI-driven workflows to increase creative output and speed
- Stay updated with emerging AI tools in video and content creation
Qualifications & Skills
- 47 years of experience in video editing and motion graphics
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
- Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro
- Experience shooting with DSLR / mirrorless cameras
- Strong understanding of social media video formats and ad creatives
- Ability to manage end-to-end video production
- Good sense of storytelling, pacing, and performance-driven editing
- Experience working in D2C / eCommerce / performance marketing environments
- Familiarity with AI tools for video, audio, and content generation
- Basic knowledge of sound design, color grading, and VFX
- Experience creating UGC-style ads and creator content
- Ability to conceptualize and pitch video ideas
