Key Responsibilities:
Video Production & Editing:
- Edit high-quality video content for social media reels, ads, brand films, testimonials, and campaign deliverables.
- Handle the full post-production workflow: trimming, sequencing, color grading, audio mixing, and final export.
- Adapt content for multiple aspect ratios and platform formats (Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn).
Motion Graphics & Visual Storytelling:
- Create and integrate motion graphics, lower thirds, transitions, and animated text using Adobe After Effects.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to incorporate branded visual assets seamlessly into video outputs.
- Develop scroll-stopping content for political campaigns, product launches, and digital advertising.
Creative Collaboration & Ideation:
- Work closely with graphic designers, content writers, and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, campaign-ready videos.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas on pacing, mood, and visual narrative.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior editors and videographers when required.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple edits simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Ensure timely delivery and consistency of video assets across all channels.
- Organize and maintain a well-structured file system for raw footage, project files, and exported assets for ongoing and archived projects.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a video editing role (Agency experience required).
- Prior experience in Political Content, Reels, Ads, etc.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve (Must Have).
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus.
- Strong understanding of color grading, audio mixing, pacing, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in editing for social media, digital campaigns, and broadcast formats.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to adapt quickly to feedback.
