What You Will Do:
As a UX/UI Designer at Stikkman UX, you will play a crucial role in both the ideation and implementation of the UX/UI projects that we take up. This role involves:
-Designing and delivering wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mockups, and final UI designs optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces.
-Identifying design problems and devising elegant solutions, integrating user feedback and business requirements into the design process.
-Making strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features.
-Taking a user-centered design approach and rapidly testing and iterating your designs.
-Collaborating closely with other team members, including psychologists, developers, and product managers, to ensure a seamless and holistic product experience.
-Championing new ideas and continuously seeking ways to enhance our digital products and the user experience.
Responsibilities:
-Understand product specifications, user psychology, and business strategies to effectively design engaging user interfaces and experiences.
-Conduct concept and usability testing to gather feedback and refine designs.
-Develop wireframes, prototypes, and UI designs that meet user needs and promote user satisfaction.
-Solve UX problems creatively and efficiently, ensuring high usability and findability in all designs.
-Communicate design ideas, prototypes, and details to the development team, ensuring a smooth transition from design to implementation.
-Stay updated on competitor products, industry trends, and the latest UI/UX design practices.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects.
-Familiarity with interaction design, motion design, information architecture, and visual design principles.
-Proficiency in design software (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma) and an understanding of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.
-Excellent problem-solving aptitude, analytical mind, and business acumen.
-Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
