We are looking for: Senior UX Specialist

You'll Create Impact By

Lead the end-to-end design process for digital products and services.
Conduct user research to identify customer needs, behaviors, and pain points.
Create user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and business stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle.
Convert business requirements into user-centered design solutions.
Facilitate design-thinking workshops and cross-functional ideation sessions.
Validate solutions through usability testing and iterative feedback cycles.
Champion accessibility, usability, and inclusive design principles.
Contribute to product strategy by identifying opportunities that improve both user experience and business outcomes.
Stay current with emerging technologies, design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
