Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. USA IT Recruiter with extensive experience in sourcing, screening and hiring top technical talent for the US market. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, collaborate closely with hiring managers, and leverage your deep understanding of the IT domain to bring in high-quality candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers to gather role requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels - job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and direct outreach to identify top talent.
- Screen candidates through resume review and phone/video interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
- Negotiate offers and manage the closing process for selected candidates.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams to ensure smooth hiring processes.
- Mentor junior recruiters and share best practices to improve team performance.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Proven track record working with Implementation Partners, Direct clients and Tier 1 Vendors
- Strong expertise in both contract and full-time hiring.
- Excellent understanding of technical skill sets such as Java, .NET, Data Science, DevOps, Cloud, Machine Learning, and Software Development.
- Proficient with ATS systems and recruitment tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
