Sr. USA Counselor

The full-time Sr. USA Counselor will play a key role in guiding and supporting students through the university application process and assisting with their study abroad goals. This on-site position, based in Hyderabad, involves providing expert counseling on course selection, college and university admissions in the USA, application procedures, and test preparation guidance. The counselor will also manage visa application support, engage in relationship building with students and parents, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.

• Strong knowledge of university admission processes and visa documentation, especially for the USA
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to connect with students and their families
• Experience in counseling, student guidance, or educational consultancy
• Proficiency in maintaining detailed and organized client records
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach to address students concerns
• Bachelor's degree in any relevant field required; additional certifications in counseling or education consultancy are a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous
