Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced US IT Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT positions across the United States. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of US staffing, tax terms, sourcing platforms, candidate screening, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, job portals, referrals, and internal databases.
- Review job descriptions and understand technical requirements.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience, visa status, location, availability, and compensation expectations.
- Work on different employment types, including W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Explain job requirements, client details, location, work authorization, and compensation to candidates.
- Submit suitable candidate profiles within the required timelines.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, account managers, and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview and onboarding process.
- Negotiate pay rates and maintain proper documentation.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
- Update candidate details and recruitment activity in the ATS or CRM.
- Maintain professional relationships with candidates and internal teams.
- Meet daily submission, interview, and placement targets.
Required Skills
- Experience in US IT recruitment or US staffing.
- Good understanding of US visa types, including H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC, and EAD.
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 employment terms.
- Familiarity with IT technologies and technical job requirements.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to work in the US shift.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- Previous experience working with direct clients or implementation partners.
- Experience using ATS, CRM, or applicant-tracking systems.
- Strong network of IT professionals across the United States.
