What We're Looking For

• 4–10 years of experience in US IT Recruitment
• Strong IT sourcing, screening, and candidate evaluation skills
• Hands-on experience with Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, and other job boards
• Expertise in LinkedIn X-Ray Search and social media sourcing
• Experience with ATS platforms; Ceipal is a plus
• Strong understanding of the US Staffing industry
• Experience working with W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms
• Experience recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B, OPT EAD, GC EAD, TN, Canadian, and H4 EAD candidates
• Ability to work effectively with Recruiting Leads and Hiring Managers

Cab Facility: Only drop for females employees

Shift times: 3:30 am - 4:30 am IST
