Sr. UKG Pro WFM Analyst

Job Title:Sr. UKG Pro WFM Consultant

Location: Providence Global Center, Hyderabad

Job Summary:

As a UKG Pro WFM Sr. Consultant, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs to help ensure UKG Pro WFM solution meets the customer's objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen. Your primary role will be focused on support of the UKG Pro WFM solution, work towards effective & quick issue resolution in an effective & optimized timeframe. In addition, the role would demand independently working on approved CRs & driving them to closure. You will be expected to work with multiple teams both within UKG Pro WFM & across other ERP Platforms (esp. Oracle Cloud) to support Providence's multi-platform solution, in line with business processes. Certified UKG Pro professionals will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert for UKG Pro WFM
• Must have at least one E2E implementation exp & project support experience
• Proven support of UKG PRO WFM, covering ongoing maintenance and issue resolution for Timecard Data, Pay Code Calculations, Person and Functionality Access, etc.,
• Scope to Cover:

• • UKG WFM Timekeeping & Attendance: Pay policy building blocks, ESS, Access and Security, Hyperfinds, Dataviews, and Transaction Assistant, & a working understanding of other modules
  • UKG WFM Accruals: Accrual Profiles, policies, grants and limits
  • UKG WFM Scheduling & Advanced Scheduling: Schedule planners, Workload Planning and Employee Self-Service Components
  • UKG WFM Analytics: Hands-on experience in Dataviews

• Address Transaction Assistant errors covering evaluation, debugging & resolution
• Deep product expertise to independently handle Change Request - covering Initial Analysis, FS Documentation, Design, Configuration, Testing and Release Management, along with impact analysis for current & future tech integration

• Certified UKG Pro professionals will be preferred
• Professionals with experience integrating with Oracle Cloud would be an added advantage

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or equivalent
• 8+ years of experience with UKG Workforce Central, UKG Pro WFM with hands-on implementation and support experience
• Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and project management skills
