Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer with strong experience in designing enterprise and customer-facing digital products. The role requires end-to-end ownership of UX/UI, from research and discovery to prototyping, testing, and implementation support.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI design across products and client engagements.
• Conduct user research, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
• Create intuitive, responsive, and high-quality digital experiences.
• Build and maintain design systems and component libraries.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Business, and client stakeholders.
• Present design concepts and facilitate design workshops.
• Mentor junior designers and drive UX best practices.
• Use AI-assisted tools to improve design and prototyping efficiency.

Must-Have Requirements :

• 10–12 years of UI/UX, Product Design, or Experience Design experience.
• Strong experience with enterprise/product-based digital solutions.
• Expert-level Figma skills.
• Strong UX + UI, not only visual design
• Enterprise/product design experience
• Strong portfolio with case studies
• Hands-on user research and usability testing
• Design systems experience
• Strong client/stakeholder management
• Product + Engineering collaboration
• Design leadership/mentoring exposure preferred
