Sr. UI/UX Designer

Position: Senior UI/UX Designer

Experience: 4+ Years

Joining: Immediate preferred

Responsibilities:

Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new features and enhancements.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with user and business goals.

Conduct user research and usability testing.

Maintain and evolve the design system to ensure consistency across platforms.

Ensure close coordination with developers for implementation accuracy.

Required Skills:

Expertise in Adobe suite, Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.

Strong understanding of UX principles, design systems, and responsive design.

Experience with web and mobile platforms.

Proven track record of delivering high-quality design solutions in a fast-paced

environment.

Clear communication and teamwork skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with motion design or basic front-end development.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and user testing tools.
