Designing:
- Conduct research and deconstruct our users digital interactions and habits.
- Translate user behavior and research into actionable data
- Come up with UI and UX strategies based on our target goals.
- Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mockups using (design and prototyping tools: e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch etc).
- Design and create mockups and user journeys for a wide range of devices including mobile.
- Experience in developing information archiecture
- Strategically create new features and functionality based on user stories and behavior.
- Rapid design and testing methodology.
- Ability to clearly communicate research and design ideas to rest of the team and upper management.
- Design, build, and maintain highly reusable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code.
- Understand the limitations of our tech stack and business model and provide technical advice wherever necessary.
- Working on enhancing the UI/UX of the Products/Applications
- Carrying design and web projects from concept to completion while adhering to the brand standards
- Open to learn new tools and techniques based on the requirements
- The candidate should be very much proactive and possess positive attitude.
- Should be highly self-motivated and strong team player
- Participate in design, code, and test review cycles
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
- Quickly learn existing environment/platform and should be able to provide support.
Project management:
- Includes timeline commitment and Quality assurance.
- Participate in project process/scheduling
- Organize, manage, and maintain project related documents/files as directed
- Complete project timesheets accurately
- Handle the projects Independently
- Effectively and proactively communicate with internal/external clients, team members, vendors/partners to ensure successful project execution
General:
- Identify process improvement opportunities and suggest solutions
- Come up with creative designs and ideas
- Work towards building domain expertise
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be flexible to work in shifts for the support.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Any Degree
- 2+ years experience as a front-end developer.
- 3+ years experience as a UI/UX designer.
- A portfolio that demonstrates both JavaScript proficiency and understanding of SOLID design principles (plugins, node packages, etc.).
- Expert knowledge of CSS, CSS extension languages (Less, Sass), and CSS preprocessor tools.
- Expert knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices.
- Proficiency in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes using (Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, etc.).
- A history of deconstructing user behavior to create an improved experience for users, showcased in the form of blog posts, articles, screencasts, etc.
- Proficiency in using Git version control.
- Proficiency using the command line.
- Extensive knowledge of HTML, HTML5, XHTML, CSS JavaScript, JQuery.
- Knowledge of front-end frameworks like Angular/React etc. would be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge in both Design and Development.
