We're looking for a designer who can think, lead, and deliver with complete ownership.
Not someone who just moves pixels around.

What You'll Do
- Own the entire UI process from concept to delivery.
- Lead design direction for web and mobile products.
- Work on both B2C and B2B projects with clarity and depth.
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and clients.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems.
- Guide and mentor junior designers to ensure quality output.
- Make confident design decisions and move projects forward.
What We'll Look For In Your Portfolio
Here's what catches our attention:
We want to see that you can handle both complex, data-heavy dashboards and clean, user-friendly consumer interfaces.
We'll look for complete flows and multi-screen systems. One perfect landing page isn't enough.
- Micro-Interactions and Prototypes
Static designs tell only half the story. Show how your interface moves, reacts, and feels through prototypes or motion clips.
We'll check if you've contributed to or built a design system. This shows that you understand consistency, scalability, and collaboration across teams.
If you've worked in an agency or with multiple clients, highlight it. It proves you can manage tight timelines, shifting priorities, and varied design needs.
What You Should Have
- At least 5 years of proven experience in UI design for web and mobile
- Strong understanding of design principles.
- Sharp visual design sense and attention to detail.
- Advanced Figma skills, including Auto Layout, Components, Variants, and Prototyping.
- Confidence to lead client meetings and explain design rationale.
- Ability to work smoothly with developers and handle handoff challenges.
- A mindset focused on ownership, not just execution.
