About the job

We are seeking a versatile Senior UI Designer to play a core role in our Creative Team. As a Sr UI Designer, you will be responsible for helping develop the visual identity of our brands across all channels and regions like Japan, China, Korea, Taiwan, etc. Reporting directly to the Head of Design, the Creative designer will ensure that the visual design standards are both upheld, refined, and remain modern over time. We are looking for a conceptual thinker, who can take projects from ideation/concept to final execution always designing with the bigger picture in mind with all creativity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create and design high-quality materials for websites, mobile apps, and digital collateral
• Develop innovative UI designs that push creative boundaries while maintaining usability
• Establish and maintain creative direction and brand guidelines for the company
• Design and produce various digital assets including:
• Website UI/UX designs
• Ad creatives and digital banners
• Email campaigns and landing pages
• Social media graphics
• Marketing materials (E-flyers, E-brochures)
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Organize and maintain clear file structures with proper project documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional design solutions

Experience:

• Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience as a UI Designer
• Proven track record of creating innovative and visually compelling designs

Technical Skills:

• Figma: 1-3 years of hands-on experience (required)
• Adobe Photoshop: Minimum 1 year of experience (required)
• Adobe Illustrator: Minimum 1 year of experience (required)

Design Expertise:

• Strong understanding of design principles and best practices across digital and social platforms
• Comprehensive knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, and web design
• Excellent understanding of user interface design and user experience principles

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional creativity with the ability to conceptualise and execute unique design concepts
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and hardworking with a positive attitude
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
