Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive training and development strategy that supports the organization's business goals and enhances employee engagement.
  • Lead a team of training professionals, providing mentorship and guidance to ensure high-quality program delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance appraisals to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Oversee the design and delivery of training programs, workshops, and e-learning initiatives that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align training initiatives with organizational objectives and performance metrics.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and assessments, making data-driven adjustments as necessary to ensure maximum impact.
  • Champion a culture of learning by promoting training initiatives and encouraging participation across all levels of the organization.

Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

  • 10+ years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing effective learning strategies that drive organizational performance.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.

Preferred:

  • Advanced degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Experience in a similar role within the [specific industry] sector.
  • Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD) is a plus.

Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

  • Expertise in designing and implementing LMS platforms and e-learning solutions.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools to assess training effectiveness and impact.
