Job Overview

The Senior Training Coordinator – Multilingual is responsible for managing end-to-end training administration for global clients across regions (EMEA, APAC, NAM). This role ensures seamless coordination of training programs, effective stakeholder communication, and high-quality delivery while supporting multilingual requirements. The position focuses on operational excellence, SLA adherence, and enhanced learner experience.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end training coordination (scheduling, enrollment, logistics, and execution)
  • Support multilingual training delivery across global regions
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, trainers, and internal stakeholders
  • Handle learner communications, queries, and escalations
  • Coordinate with vendors, trainers, and delivery teams for smooth execution
  • Manage LMS activities (course setup, enrollments, tracking, reporting)
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and training metrics
  • Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and learner experience
  • Strong experience in training coordination or learning operations
  • Multilingual capability (preferred: French, Spanish, German, Japanese, etc.)
  • Proficiency in LMS platforms and MS Excel/PowerPoint
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a global, fast-paced environment

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree required

Experience

  • 1.5 to 2 years of experience
