We are looking for a seasoned Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) to lead the consolidation of all promotion management tools within Promotion Central - a unified platform for Selling Partners to create, manage, and optimize their promotional strategies on Amazon. This role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations, and requires a leader who can drive alignment across multiple teams while delivering scalable, high-impact solutions.

As the TPM for Promotion Central consolidation, you will own the end-to-end program strategy to migrate and unify disparate promotion management tools used in Amazon into a cohesive, streamlined experience. You will work closely with dozens of engineering, product, and business stakeholders to define the roadmap, manage dependencies, and deliver results at scale.

Key job responsibilities
- Program Ownership: Define and own the multi-year roadmap for consolidating all promotion management tools into Promotion Central, including scoping, planning, execution, and delivery.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Drive alignment across partner engineering teams, and senior leadership on priorities, timelines, and trade-offs.
- Technical Leadership: Partner with client teams that use API and tools to align on roadmap for consolidation.
- Metrics & Accountability: Define success metrics for the consolidation program (e.g., tool adoption, reduction in duplicate workflows, seller satisfaction) and hold teams accountable to outcomes.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current promotion management workflows and drive improvements that reduce operational overhead for both internal teams and Selling Partners.
- Communication: Prepare and deliver regular program updates to senior leadership, including written narratives, roadmap reviews, and escalation management.

About the team
SPP team owns tools that are used by all our selling partners such as Sellers, Vendors and internal Amazon users to create promotions such as Deals, Coupons, Price Discounts, and Point of Sales Discounts.

Basic Qualifications

- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
