Job Description

Pro Arch is seeking a highly skilledSenior Automation Engineerwith8+ years of experiencein test automation to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks usingSelenium and Java, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise infunctional automation testing,Page Object Model (POM) framework, and experience integrating automation frameworks withJIRAfor seamless defect tracking and test management

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of software development lifecycles.
  • Experience in testing GUI applications, web services, and web applications (both backend and frontend).
  • Skilled in backend testing with SQL queries for data integrity.
  • Develops Test Plans and Cases based on requirements.
  • Creates and maintains functional automation frameworks using Selenium and Java.
  • Implements and optimizes thePage Object Model (POM)framework.
  • Designs and executes automated test scripts for web applications and APIs.
  • Integrates automation test suites with JIRA for management and tracking.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure test coverage.
  • Implements continuous integration and testing strategies.
  • Mentors manual testers in automation skills development.
  • Troubleshoots automation issues and provides solutions.
  • Optimizes test execution through parallel execution and improved efficiency.
  • Stays updated with emerging technologies to enhance automation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
