We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Automation Provider Test Engineer with deep expertise in the US Healthcare Provider domain and a strong foundation in functional and test automation practices. This role is responsible for validating critical provider workflows such as enrollment, credentialing, and provider data management, while designing and maintaining robust, scalable automation solutions across provider platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional and automation testing for provider-focused modules including enrollment, credentialing, contracting, and provider directory management.
- Design, develop, enhance, and maintain test automation frameworks using modern automation tools.
- Validate end-to-end provider lifecycle workflows, covering onboarding, credential verification, profile updates, and termination processes.
- Test provider data management systems to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across platforms.
- Create, execute, and maintain test cases, automation scripts, and comprehensive regression suites.
- Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and development teams to clarify requirements and ensure complete test coverage.
- Ensure all testing activities comply with HIPAA regulations and relevant US healthcare standards.
- Identify, document, track, and support timely resolution of defects through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the US Healthcare Provider domain
- End-to-end provider lifecycle workflows, covering onboarding, credential verification, profile updates, and termination processes.
- Strong experience in functional and automation testing
- Proficiency with at least one test automation tool:
Selenium (Java or Python)
Playwright (Preferred)
Tricentis Tosca (Preferred)
- Solid understanding of test automation frameworks and best practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
- Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data standards
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
