Job Title : Sr. Test Analyst

Responsibilities :
Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.
Execute automated test scripts using Python to validate software performance and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders highlighting areas for improvement.
Ensure all testing activities align with industry standards and best practices.
Participate in code reviews to ensure testability and adherence to quality standards.
Maintain and update test automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and coverage.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Work closely with developers to understand application functionality and design effective test cases.
Monitor and track testing progress ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software.
Utilize domain knowledge in Asset Management Operations to enhance testing processes and outcomes.
Engage in regular communication with project managers to align testing efforts with project goals.
Contribute to the development of testing documentation and knowledge sharing within the team. Qualifications -
Possess strong expertise in Python Automation with a proven track record of successful test implementations.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience in Asset Management Operations is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
Exhibit excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Show proficiency in using test management tools and frameworks.
Have a strong ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Display a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
