Job Purpose
- Provide technological solutions in area of Heat transfer / Mass Transfer and allied processes.
- Manage Design/revamp/troubleshooting of such processes and the equipment.
- Manage Support to capital projects and revamp projects on above
- Be expert user of related tools and methods.
- Manage support during implementation/installation.
- Plan and maintain related standards and design guides
- Develop and manage/conduct training programs.
Skills Required (Knowledge and Skills)
- Thorough understanding of chemical engineering principles and application.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good understanding of Unit operations.
- Good in subordinate development
- Building & maintaining cross functional relationships
Key Attributes (Experience and Qualifications)
- B.E or B.Tech in Chemical engineering. M. Tech is preferred.
- Minimum 10 years in manufacturing in refinery / petrochemical industry in Technology or Operation
