Sr. Technician / Jr. Engineer – Electrical & Mechanical

We are looking for Sr. Technicians / Jr. Engineers with hands-on experience in CNC machine maintenance for Electrical and Mechanical maintenance roles.

CNG machinery knowledge is mandatory.

Electrical – Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in electrical maintenance and breakdown troubleshooting of CNC/VMC/HMC/Grinding/Honing/SPM machines.
• Troubleshooting of Servo Drives, Encoders, PLC modules, Sensors and Power Supplies.
• Knowledge of Fanuc and PLC systems.
• Ability to read and understand electrical/control & power circuit drawings.
• Experience in CNC machine troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
• Knowledge of MTTR, MTTBF, Uptime, Why-Why Analysis, 5S and Kaizen.
• Follow safety procedures and work effectively in a production environment.

Mechanical – Key Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in breakdown and preventive maintenance of CNC/VMC/HMC/Grinding/Honing/SPM machines.
• Experience in assembly/dismantling of spindles, slides, ball screws, LM guides and hydraulic circuits.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Ability to read mechanical/hydraulic drawings.
• Knowledge of Fanuc systems and CNC machine troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of MTTR, MTTBF, Uptime, Why-Why Analysis, 5S and Kaizen.
• Follow safety procedures and work effectively in a production environment.

Eligibility

• Diploma – Electrical / Mechanical
• 3–5 years of relevant machine maintenance experience
• CNC machinery maintenance experience is mandatory
• CNG machinery knowledge is mandatory
• Candidates from manufacturing/automotive/industrial machine maintenance backgrounds preferred.
