About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive, technically sound, and target-driven Sr. Technical Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, driving lead generation, nurturing customer relationships, and delivering strong commercial performance through technical sales.

Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business leads through field visits, networking, and cold calling.

Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with existing clients.

Present and promote technical products and solutions to prospective customers.

Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry and demonstration to negotiation and closure.

Maintain accurate daily sales reports and share timely updates with senior management.

Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Support clients with technical queries and provide after-sales service when necessary.

Coordinate with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and customer support.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for sustained business growth.

Candidate Requirements:

l bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, or related field preferred).

l 3+ years of proven sales experience; candidates with prior experience in technical or B2B sales will be preferred.

l Sound understanding of industrial/technical products and applications.

l Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

l Experience working with sales funnel tools and CRM systems is preferred.

l Ability and willingness to travel extensively to meet clients and explore new business opportunities.
