Role Description

Technical Recruiter — AI & Engineering | Pune (Onsite)EDMO

We're hiring a Technical Recruiter who can own the full hiring lifecycle for our hardest-to-fill roles — Agentic AI, Full Stack, Platform/DevOps, Solution Architecture, and more.

This is not a checkbox role. You'll be the first technical filter, not a scheduling coordinator.

What you'll own:

• End-to-end recruiting across AI/ML, Backend, DevOps, and Solutions roles
• Structured pre-screens where you probe depth — not just confirm keywords
• Pipeline strategy, offer management, and counter-offer mitigation
• Bi-weekly pipeline reviews with hiring managers and leadership
• ATS hygiene (Keka or equivalent) as a real-time practice, not an afterthought

What you need to bring:

• 6+ years in technical recruitment, with 2–3 years on AI/ML, Cloud, or Engineering roles
• Working familiarity with stacks like Python, Node.js/NestJS, TypeScript, LangChain, RAG, Docker, AWS/GCP
• The ability to tell genuine AI/ML depth from surface-level polish on a 15-minute call
• Boolean sourcing, structured interviewing, metrics tracking — all second nature
