Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various technical roles including software developers, engineers, product managers, and other tech-related positions.
  • Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality technical talent.
  • Candidate Management:
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating effectively throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Partner with HR and leadership to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.
  • Recruitment Process:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and recruiting events.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and salary benchmarks to provide insights and recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Reporting:
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with active and passive candidate sourcing.
  • 3-8 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Experience using different hiring channels and platforms. Especially LinkedIn Recruiter or LinkedIn as a recruiting tool.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in effective selling and pitching of software product brands to right candidates through in-house recruitment or agency hiring.
  • Strong understanding of talent and competency models, recruiting fundamentals, competitive market awareness.
  • Knowledge of the web/Internet market space, academic institutions and other sources of great candidates.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment.
