Looking for Senior Technical Program Manager with experience of leading complex, cross-functional technology initiatives and driving large-scale program execution across multiple teams and organizations. Proven track record of delivering mission-critical programs through technical leadership, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision making, while maintaining high operational excellence standards.
Key job responsibilities
Lead and manage complex, cross-functional technical programs from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including risk assessments, resource allocation, and dependency management across multiple teams and organizations.
Drive technical decision-making processes, collaborating with engineering leaders to define architecture, design, and implementation strategies.
Facilitate effective communication and coordination among stakeholders, including senior leadership, product managers, engineers, and external partners.
Identify and mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and remove obstacles to ensure smooth program execution and delivery.
Implement and maintain program metrics, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to track progress, measure success, and drive continuous improvement.
Lead operational excellence initiatives, promoting best practices in program management and encouraging the adoption of Amazon's leadership principles.
Mentor and guide junior program managers, fostering their professional growth and enhancing the overall capabilities of the program management team.
Contribute to long-term technical strategy and roadmap planning, aligning program goals with broader organizational objectives.
Leverage data-driven insights to optimize processes, improve efficiency, and drive innovation within assigned programs and across the organization

- 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 3+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
- 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
