Key Responsibilities

• Perform conventional and complex engineering tasks within the assigned functional area under general supervision.
• Develop new approaches and solutions to resolve technical challenges encountered during project execution.
• Plan, schedule, and execute engineering work requiring independent judgment in the evaluation, selection, and application of engineering techniques, procedures, and criteria.
• Handle engineering assignments involving complex features such as conflicting design requirements, material limitations, and coordination challenges.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to designers and junior engineers.
• Ensure engineering deliverables meet quality, safety, and project standards.
• Contribute indirectly to cost control, operational efficiency, and project profitability through effective technical execution.
• Support cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth integration of engineering activities.
