Job Role
- Configure workforce structures, employment models, and workflows. Implement Redwood UI and build extensions/custom pages using VBCS.
- Ensure compliance with Data Masking & Security standards.
- Work on Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, HDL & HSDL. Support OTBI reports, testing (SIT/UAT), training, and post-go-live. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Provide functional expertise and best practice recommendations.

Key Skills/Knowledge
- Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR.
- Experience on end-to-end implementations of Oracle Fusion HCM Core HR is prefered
- Hands-on with Redwood UI, VBCS, and Data Masking.
- Technical exposure: Fast Formula, HCM Extract, BIP, HDL, HSDL.
- Strong configuration, testing, and issue resolution skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management & documentation abilities.
