- Must have delivered a full project up to SOP for a Tier-1 supplier or OEM (preferably from them).
- Technically sound with deep expertise in automotive software and systems.
- Strong ability to engage, push back when needed, and manage risks and dependencies effectively.
- Proven experience in project management and team leadership.
- Ability to work across domains and integrate internal and third-party solutions for large-scale programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and delivery frameworks.
