Sr. Technical Architect - R&D (Telecom Products)

Job Description:

As a Technical Architect within our R&D department, you will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of cutting-edge telecom products and features. These products must not only be scalable but also capable of handling billions of records with low latency and fast processing. Your expertise in C/C++, along with a deep understanding of MySQL and NoSQL, will be crucial in achieving these goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Software Development: Design and architecture of software solutions for highly scalable telecom products, ensuring efficient handling of large data volumes and low-latency processing.

2. Protocol Implementation: Implement and manage telecom protocols, ensuring seamless interoperability and compliance with industry standards.

3. Data Handling and Optimization: Analyze and manage large datasets, optimizing data processing strategies, and enhancing data storage solutions for telecom applications.

4. Programming Proficiency: Utilize your expertise in C/C++ to write efficient, maintainable, and high-performance code for telecom systems and protocols.

5. Low Latency and High Performance: Ensure that software architectural decisions prioritize low latency and fast data processing to meet the stringent requirements of telecom products.

6. Innovative Solutions: Leverage your experience with telecom technologies, such as IPDR, Lawful Intercept, LBS (Location-Based Services), and LIS (Location Information Services), to design innovative solutions that address specialized telecom challenges.

7. MySQL & NO SQL Expertise: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of database systems and actively contribute to optimizations that enhance product performance.

8. Agile Collaboration: Embrace Agile methodologies and work collaboratively within the development team, ensuring flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements. Act as both a team leader and an individual contributor, providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

Mandatory Requirements:

• A strong background in the telecom industry, with a proven track record of telecom product development.
• Extensive experience in C/C++ system & protocol programming.
• Proficiency in designing and architecting highly scalable systems.
• Exceptional knowledge of database systems and optimization techniques.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and development practices.
• Must be located in or willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai and work from the office.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in IPDR, Lawful Intercept, LBS, and LIS products, providing valuable insights into these specialized areas.
• Experience in 3G/4G/5G telecom network products.
