Sr. Technical Architect - Azure, CICD, ReactJS & Cloud

Scope:

• Core responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, preparing HLD/LLD, and ensuring accuracy and completeness in design.

• Owns solution architecture and automation delivery, with a focus on scalability, security, and cost optimization.

• Leads stakeholder engagement, requirement analysis, and proof-of-concepts (POCs).

• Provides technical leadership, mentoring, and end-to-end delivery management in DevOps/Automation.

• Automation: Python, Shell, Azure Automation, ServiceNow integration

• Application Development: UI/UX, Python, Salesforce, Java, Spring Boot, React.js, REST API, OAuth, Git

• Architecture: Scalable, resilient, event-driven, secure multi-tenant microservices

• Frameworks / Tools: Kafka, Elasticsearch, Spark, NoSQL, RDBMS, Ignite

• Monitoring & Observability: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK

• Emerging Tech: GenAI, AI/ML (LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, LangChain)

What you'll do:

• Understand and analyze business requirements, translate into architecture & design (HLD/LLD).

• Architect and deliver automation solutions using Azure, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code.

• Drive end-to-end automation (Python, Shell, Ansible, ServiceNow, Azure Automation).

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized workloads, and PaaS deployments.

• Ensure DevSecOps practices are followed (IAM, security baselines, compliance).

• Act as a Tech Lead - mentor junior engineers, conduct design/code reviews, and ensure high-quality delivery, Handle a team of 5 to 6 members

• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams.

• Prepare documentation, knowledge sharing, and training on best practices.

What we are looking for:

• Education: BE/B.Tech, ME/M.Tech, or MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Experience: 10-13 years of progressive experience in software development, cloud architecture, and DevOps automation for large-scale enterprise applications.

1. Core Technical Expertise:

• Cloud: Deep hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure (AKS, Functions, Event Hub, App Gateway, VNets, Azure AD, Monitor).

• DevOps & Automation: Proven experience with IaC (Terraform, ARM, Bicep, Ansible), CI/CD (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and Azure Automation.

• Programming: Strong coding and scripting ability in Java, Python, Shell, React.js, Spring Boot, REST API.

• Containers & Orchestration: Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices-based architectures.

• Security / DevSecOps: Solid understanding of IAM, compliance, cloud security standards, and secure deployment practices.

• Monitoring & Observability: Experience with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.

• Data & Integration: Good knowledge of RDBMS/NoSQL, Kafka, Spark, Elasticsearch, and enterprise data models.

2. Architecture & Design:

• Strong ability to prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for enterprise systems.

• Hands-on experience designing scalable, resilient, event-driven, multi-tenant architectures.

• Skilled at evaluating tools/technologies and running proof-of-concepts (POCs).

3. Leadership & Collaboration:

• Ability to lead and mentor a team of 5-6 engineers, guiding them on coding, design, and delivery.

• Strong stakeholder management - able to partner with business, product, and cross-functional teams.

• Experience driving end-to-end automation/DevOps initiatives across multiple product lines.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

4. Mindset & Innovation:

• Demonstrates problem-solving, innovation, and continuous improvement mindset.

• Curious about emerging tech - exposure to GenAI, LLMs, AI/ML concepts, RAG, LangChain is a plus.

• Adapts quickly to new technologies and drives adoption across teams.
