Job Responsibilities

The Sr Tech Vendor Relations Analyst will oversee the management of our telecommunications expenses and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of telecom services,contracts,andbillingstructures.Theywillberesponsibleforoptimizingourtelecomexpenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Core Responsibilities

.Serves as the Vendor Relationship Owner (VRO) for assigned vendors.

.Maintains strong relationshipswithvendors.

.Evaluatesvendorperformance,conductsvendorriskassessments and scheduled vendor reviews. .Manages all related vendor contracts and facilitates contract negotiation.

.Manageandanalyzetelecomexpensestoidentifycost-savingopportunities

.Managingtheacquisitionofmobiledevicesandservices.

.Knowledgeofandunderstandingofpricingandbenchmarkingoftelecomservices

.Forensicanalysisoftelecominvoicesinclusiveofreceiving,reviewing,approving,auditing, optimizing, processing, validating payment, etc

.Developandimplementstrategiestooptimizetelecomexpenseswhilemaintainingservicequality

.Supportsmonthlyallocationprocessensuringtechnologycostsarebilledtotheappropriate business unit (BU)

.Tracktelecomusageandtrendstoforecastfutureexpensesandplan accordingly

.Coordinatewithtelecomvendorstonegotiatecontractsandresolvebillingdiscrepancies

.IdentifycodingdiscrepanciestoensureaccuratecostcenterandGL allocations

.ExperienceworkingwithcorporatemanageddevicesandaMobileDeviceManagementPlatform (such as Asignet, Cass Information Systems, Sakon, Rivermine, Tangoe, etc)

.CoordinatewithfixedlinevendorstoprovideperiodicutilizationstatsforreviewbyTechpartners.

.Support'green'initiativeswithresponsiblemobilerecycle plan

Qualifications

.Bachelor'sdegreeinIT,businessorequivalent experience

.ProfessionalTEMcertificationpreferred

.Two-yearsorequivalentcustomerserviceexperiencerequired
