Develop and Implemented new process manufacturing processes and procedures to optimize production times and reduce costs.
Conducted and analyzed root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues with production processes.
Designed and implemented quality control Process to ensure production safety and reliability.
Provide strategic guidance to engineering teams on design concepts, specification requirements, and best practices for leveraging equipment and manufacturing technologies.
- Ensure all processes and procedures comply with regulatory and industry standards

Qualifications
Work Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Electronics required; advanced degree will be added advantage.
- 15+ years of relevant professional experience in manufacturing engineering, process design, or related fields.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale projects, implementing advanced manufacturing technologies, and driving continuous improvement
