Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and complete pre & post onboarding processes, coordinating with multiple stakeholders
  • Expertise in Background verification of large headcount.
  • Build & manage MIS, dashboards and onboarding analytics
  • Drive technology enhancements and HRMS/AI-based onboarding automation
  • Manage outsourced teams and vendor partners
  • Ensure strict compliance, documentation standards & audit readiness
  • Deliver onboarding outcomes within defined TATs
  • Collaborate closely with business, HR and tech teams to deliver onboarding newhire experience
  • Exposure to AI-based onboarding processes and HRMS platforms
  • Ability to lead small teams & manage vendors competently.

Role Requirements:

  • Post-Graduate in HR (MBA/PGDM)
  • 5+ years of experience in endtoend onboarding operations
  • Experience of managing onboarding for 7,000+ employees
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving & stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise in Advanced Excel, Power-Point and HR reporting
