Job Responsibilities :
- To check and verifythe quantities provided in BOQ are as per GFCs received from the external Architecture consultant and recheck estimate w.r.t current market rates and rate analysis of major items.
- To review quantities checked in CAD/ drawings in case of query. In case of change in scope the revised quantities need to be vetted and approved before execution of work.
- To match the technical specifications and details in drawings and BOQ received so that they match.
- To prepare the schedule for the project with various mile stones and to ensure that the project is completed on schedule
- Doing site visits fortnightly to get feedback from site team if work is progressing as per schedule.
- Preparation / validation of complete estimate of the Infrastructure/ high rise building/ commercial/ floor works as per project requirements.
- Prepare data bank of material market rates

B.E (Civil)
Experience Requirement :
20-25 years of relevant experience
