We are seeking a seasoned Sr Team Lead-Cloud & Infra Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. This role involves leading a team of engineers in designing and managing cloud infrastructure solutions that meet business needs while ensuring performance, reliability, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of cloud and infrastructure engineers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of cloud-based systems and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement cloud strategies.
• Conduct regular system performance reviews and optimize infrastructure as needed.
• Mentor and guide team members in their professional development and technical skills.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in cloud technologies and recommend improvements.

Skills and Qualifications

• 10-17 years of experience in cloud architecture and infrastructure engineering.
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and security best practices in cloud environments.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
