Job Description:
- Role Overview: Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for frontline and service roles across multiple locations including Chennai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.
- Bulk Hiring Targets: Handle and close a minimum of 50+ volume roles per month, ensuring timely fulfillment of business-critical positions.
- Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement strong sourcing pipelines through walk-ins, job portals, social media, and referrals. Identify and utilize the most effective sourcing channels for bulk hiring.
- Screening & Quality: Screen and shortlist candidates based on job fit, readiness for role, and fluency in the local language (Tamil).
- Interview Coordination: Plan, schedule, and manage large-scale interview drives including two rounds of physical walk-ins and a final virtual round.
- Offer & Onboarding Management: Ensure smooth offer rollouts and joining follow-ups to minimize dropouts and onboard immediate joiners efficiently.
- Tools & Reporting: Use recruitment tools or ATS platforms (e.g., Zappyhire, Naukri RMS) and maintain accurate daily recruitment data through Excel or Google Sheets.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business teams to meet hiring goals and maintain quality standards.
Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: 26 years of proven experience in bulk/volume hiring, preferably in telesales, BPO, operations, consumer tech, BFSI, or telecom sectors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- Skills: High ownership, strong target orientation, excellent communication, and ability to manage hiring drives across multiple regions.
