Key responsibilities
- Manage multiple active IT recruitment roles concurrently, delivering qualified candidate submissions swiftly.
- Achieve a minimum of two placements per month while proactively building and engaging talent pipelines beyond traditional job postings.
- Utilize AI-driven sourcing, screening, and communication tools to enhance recruitment efficiency and outcomes.
- Maintain independence in workflow, adapting quickly to evolving hiring needs and using automation and ATS effectively.
- Collaborate closely with hiring teams to meet precise talent acquisition goals aligned with business objectives.
Required skills and experience
- 8+ years of IT recruitment experience, including at least 5 years in contract or client hiring roles.
- Strong sourcing expertise across platforms like LinkedIn, passive outreach, and extensive networking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with the ability to work autonomously under performance targets.
- Proficient with applicant tracking systems, recruitment automation, and workflow optimization.
- Motivated by targets and adaptable to shifting recruitment priorities, with a keen interest in AI-enabled recruiting tools.
Nice to have
- Experience leveraging AI and automation tools specifically for talent acquisition processes.
- Familiarity with client consultancy and long-term IT project staffing strategies.
