Network and Device Management
- Maintain and configure network and related devices such as Switches, UTM, AWS Firewalls, and Antivirus systems.
- Ensure stable internet connectivity and coordinate with vendors for hardware, speed, and connectivity-related issues.
Application and Software Support
- Assist in configuring and maintaining various applications including mail services, Office365 (Mail, Teams, SharePoint), and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Work under senior guidance to support new and existing software infrastructure.
User Support and Troubleshooting
- Provide IT support to Head Office and Branch users for hardware and software issues.
- Interact with users to identify and diagnose issues promptly.
- Coordinate with vendors or engineers to resolve issues and manage quotations or support-related requests.
Compliance and Backup Management
- Maintain backups for email archives, location data, and server information as required for compliance and operational continuity.
Cross-Functional Interaction
- Support GST team and location users on GST-related system tasks.
- Assist the Tender Filing process by ensuring required system settings, applications, drivers, and configurations are available and functional.
- Interact with the Tender Department Support Team as necessary.
Communication and Coordination
- Exhibit good verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally across departments.
- Maintain a polite, service-oriented approach while handling user concerns.
