Sr Supplier Dev Engineer

Key Deliverables:

• Lead supplier development, qualification, and performance improvement projects.
• Conduct supplier assessments and implement Global Sourcing Quality tools.
• Drive tooling, casting, and sheet metal development and CE/VE projects.
• Manage supplier scorecards, audits (PPAPs, SCAs), and quality escalations.

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sourcing, manufacturing, and design teams to ensure supply readiness.
• Train suppliers on Honeywell quality standards and lead process documentation rollout.
• Analyze data for performance tracking and initiate corrective actions.
• Support commodity strategies including supplier growth, sustainment, or removal.
